Mansion walls
and towering halls
laced with gloomy apprehension.
Every room I find
has a presence deep inside;
stillness watching
waiting
bleeding tension.
At last the sun begins to set
pale shadows are revived;
encroaching darkness presses in,
the mansion
is alive.

Mansion Walls has been entirely inspired by my original poem, found above. It speaks to my passion for gothic surrealism and is an extension of my love for the artistic genius of Edward Gorey.
 
It has a total of 288 pages and countless pieces of dark ephemera.
 
My original poem is printed on the title page.
